According to the specifications and composition requirements of the products to be produced, three raw materials, namely iron, silicon and boron, are used for smelting. The molten steel after smelting is poured from the smelting furnace equipped with a tilting device through the steel channel into the holding furnace for refining, holding and waiting for the rapid quenching zone. Move the holding furnace above the nozzle bag, inject molten steel into the nozzle bag, and spray it through the nozzle of the nozzle bag onto the rotating mold (water-cooled roller) on the fast quenching belt. The amorphous strip material sprayed out is automatically and continuously wound by the coiler. After the tape spraying is completed, the steel coil is uncoiled by a professional crane and placed on the stacking rack for inspection, coiling and recoiling.
